About GAF

Green Action Foundation (GAF) is a company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 in India. Governance, management and control of GAF and all its projects, including GIBAC, are vested exclusively with resident Indian citizens.

FCRA Status

GAF is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. GAF does not accept, utilize, or receive any foreign contribution, foreign hospitality, or foreign services of any kind. GAF has no foreign members, advisors, partners, or associates in its governance or operations.

Nature & Source of Content

This section curates publicly available information, news, data, and government notifications relating to trade, market access, and compliance relevant to Indian MSMEs. All content is compiled and analyzed by GAF’s in-house Indian research team. Sources include:
a) Government of India ministries, departments, and agencies;
b) Indian-registered media, research firms, and trade portals;
c) Publicly accessible websites and databases of foreign governments and multilateral bodies
such as WTO, UN Comtrade, ITC.
Every item carries a citation with link to the original public source for verification.

No Foreign Association

Citation of, reference to, or links to any foreign government, institution, media outlet, or database are provided solely for informational reference. Such citation does not imply and shall not be construed as any partnership, affiliation, association, endorsement, representation, or collaboration between GAF and the cited source.
